Kara, what’s your favourite forms of physical activity and why?



Dancing, dancing and more dancing. To be supplemented with yoga, tai chi or qigong. Fluidity of movement with inspirational music 😊 I can’t live without these, and if I could, it wouldn’t be a life worth living. No idea why – I just notice a huge shift in my emotions and energy, how I feel like I’m in love, am full and content, so I obey my heart. My friend, who specializes in brain health, would argue that I have an over-active frontal cortex, so anything with slow, coordinated movement timed to music brings me balance. Meditation in motion.
