Kim, how about, if you could live anywhere, where would it be? Why?

How about if I could live anywhere it would be in a land where stupid blog questions didn’t exist? How about that?

But seriously, this question is lame because it implies that where you are has some weight on your experience of joy and I think that is what bothers me because have you ever heard of that saying wherever you go there you are? Well, that’s a fact. And so I don’t like this question because I feel like it encourages that constant longing for something else or better or future… I guess rather than a physical destination I will describe an experience: If I could live anywhere it would be a place where I felt safe for me and my family to live and grow. As long as I have that, the rest of the experience is an inside job.
