Sarah, who or what are you grateful for and how do you express your gratitude?

Wow, I am grateful for so much. There isn’t enough time to express everything. I’ll just do the highlights.

I am grateful for my wonderful husband. My life has become more than I could have ever imagined with him. Even when he’s grumpy, teehee. 

I have 3 super fun, kind, silly, inquisitive, loving children. I realize how lucky I am there.

My family in Canada and Senegal. I have an amazing mother and mother-in law. How can someone be as lucky as I am to have 2 mothers that are so generous, caring, and kind? I also have amazing siblings and in-laws too. They are all so good to me and I feel their love all the time. With all the small and big gestures, they do to show me they care. I carry them in my heart even if I can’t be with them.

My friends, I really lucked out with the people I’ve met throughout my life. I cherish these relationships and do my best to keep them in my life even though time and distance sometimes prevents us from seeing each other.

There is more, but those are the important ones. I sometimes do a mantra when I’m feeling good and realize it. I visualize all the things I am grateful for and let that feeling of being blessed wash over me. I’m doing it right now and sometimes the feeling is so overwhelming I start to cry (like right now). I wish the same feeling for all those readers out there. It’s a pretty good one. Feel your feelings right? The positive ones too.
