Meredith, Pick your favourite photo and write something about it?

There’s a series of pictures that comes to mind. Every February on our late dog’s birthday we would put her in a birthday hat. It was the same hat year after year, and there was a matching party blower/noise maker. We would take her on a hike in the forest and do a photo shoot. These were always fun outings. She would get so silly with the hat on and I was determined to get a picture with her holding the party blower. She would run through the forest and play in the snow until she was dog tired. Then we would bring her back home for a treat, maybe a new toy, and put on a fire.
