On this weeks Manuscript Monday Lindsay recommends "Moonwalking with Einstein: The Art and Science of Remembering Everything" by Joshua Foer.
I was recommended this book when I was studying for my wine classes. It’s about Joshua Foer’s yearlong quest to improve his memory. What a fun book! And I still remember some of the techniques he used, including how to create a memory palace.
