Manuscript Monday: Iron Flame

On this weeks Manuscript Monday Lindsay recommends "Iron Flame" by Rebecca Yarros.

The sequel to Fourth Wing, and I still enjoyed escaping into Rebecca Yarros' world of dragons. I didn't love the ending of the previous book, but it made sense once you started to read the second one. I once again don't want to give away the plot, but the stakes get higher in this one, and the sex, love, death, and danger all get more intense. All in a fun, escapism kind of way. A friend of mine who reads a lot of these "romantasy" books said there are a lot of the same tropes that many books in this genre have. As I don't read a lot of books like this, it was all fun and new to me. I'd recommend it and have already started reading the third book in the series.
