.If a 'strength' is understood to be something that strengthens you, and it is not something you feel exhausted by or drained from afterwards, what gives you strength?

Singing, dancing, joking and playing with others, engaging in deep and curious conversations with others, learning along with individuals who are open, kind, interesting and thought-provoking, and helping others discover their own skills, talents and strengths.
