Kim, who or what are you grateful for and how do you express your gratitude?



There are so many people and things that I am grateful for. I am not going to list them here. But the way I express my gratitude is through communication with authenticity. I try to make sure to outwardly acknowledge, name and share my feelings of gratitude with whomever has inspired that experience within me. I also take time by myself to just reflect on what generates gratitude in me. There is so much and I do my best to honour it all both privately by myself and with others. Also, I like to focus on gratitude whenever I’m having a hard time or negative experiences. This practice always makes the experience more bearable or changes my state completely. To conclude, gratitude is awesome! Not only am I grateful for all the blessings this world has to offer, I am grateful for gratitude itself!
