Kim, if you could master one type of cuisine, which one would you choose?

I have no desire to master any type of cuisine. I want someone else to cook everything for me. Maybe the others in Book Interrupted can master their respective cuisines and then they can all take turns preparing it for me? 😊

If not, I guess I might choose sushi, or Japanese. I really like that cuisine and I am least skilled in being able to make it for myself.
